The Diabetes Wellness Center’s services focus on helping patients control their diabetes and reduce the risk of developing diabetes-related complications. We offer patient assessment, medication management, blood glucose testing and meal planning.
When Experience Counts
Our caring and experienced diabetes educators assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans and teach patients how to self-manage their diabetes. We strive to help patients with the challenges of living with diabetes on a daily basis.
The Center is designed to provide self-management training and programs tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Patients diagnosed with diabetes typically have numerous questions and concerns. Our diabetes educators and staff help ease their fears. Working closely with patients and family members, we provide quality information, psychological support and compassionate care.
