Rachel Brooks, LSW, LCDC-III, CCTP, is a social worker with the Atrium Medical Center Behavioral Health Unit. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in the mental health care. Brooks received her BS in Social Work and Psychology from Wilmington College. She currently holds a Master’s in Elementary Education and is pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Brooks is a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Ralph J. Conrad, JD, has nearly 25 years of experience advising business and individual clients in the areas of tax planning, estate planning and Medicaid planning. He earned his BS degree from Ohio Northern University, majoring in accounting, and has law and Master of Tax degrees from The University of Akron. Ralph is Chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association Elder Law Committee, a member of the Board of Trustees of ProSeniors, Inc., and member of the American, Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
Jonathan D. Dargusch has been Executive Vice President of Wealth Management at WesBanco Inc., since 2012. He continues to manage the trust and investment departments as well as its securities brokerage and private banking functions. Dargusch joined WesBanco in March 2011 as Executive Vice President Trust and Investment Services. He was previously employed by J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in Columbus, Ohio, where he managed their local wealth management and private banking functions. He has been in the financial services industry for 31 years, with over 13 years as a wealth management executive. Dargusch holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses for Ohio and West Virginia.
Sue Denny, public affairs specialist for the Social Security Administration in metropolitan Cincinnati, serves as the liaison between the agency and professionals and other third parties within the community. Ms. Denny received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Cincinnati in 1998 and was one of 300 outstanding graduate students around the country selected for the federal government’s Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) program.
Jerry Esselstein is principal in Jerry L. Esselstein Company, LLC, a business advisory, strategic planning and project management firm. His career includes national firm, advisory board, and private company executive level experience. He is a national CPE instructor and two-time recipient of The Ohio Society of CPAs Instructor of the Year Award. Esselstein presents seminars to business groups on professional development topics including, Leadership, Strategic Initiatives, Team Building, Developing Outstanding Associates and Credibility in Today's Cynical Business Climate. Esselstein is an active member of both The Ohio Society of CPAs and the AICPA and has served on the board and committees.
Jason M. Farler, CFA, is a Principal/Portfolio Mgr. with Trust Family Office Services of Johnson Investment Counsel. He is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in finance, and earned his CFA designation in 2004. Jason has served on the boards of the Duke Energy Children’s Museum and March of Dimes Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Division. In 2008, he was named as one of the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty Under Forty” award recipients.
William M. Freedman, JD, represents clients in the areas of employee benefits, health care, and estate and federal taxation for his firm, Dinsmore & Shohl, LLP, in Cincinnati. A graduate of Harvard Law School and an adjunct professor of health law and policy at Xavier University, Cincinnati, he lectures extensively on these subjects.
Jason Jackman, of Johnson Investment Counsel since 1993 is their President and Chief Investment Officer. He received his BA in Economics and Biology from Wittenberg University. Jackman serves on the Board of Trustees of the Northern Kentucky University Foundation. In addition, he served on an advisory board for the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and Leadership Cincinnati XXVII.
Scott K. Jones, JD, is a partner with Graydon Head with over 16 years of experience. His area of practice includes Business & Commercial Litigation, Employment Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Probate & Trust Litigation. Jones is a graduate of Miami University and University of Dayton School of Law.
John Murray, CLTC, has more than 29 years of experience specializing in Long-Term Care Insurance, both in the individual and business markets. He is the Managing General Agent for LTCUSA, a company currently marketing and supporting over 400 agents nationwide. Murray has provided Continuing Education training for agents for more than 15 years, focusing currently on the LTCI Partnership for the State of Ohio. He is certified in Long Term Care (CLTC).
Michael Oleszkowicz, CFP, CRPC, joined UBS in 2003 as a Financial Advisor and currently his role is to educate and support advisors in all aspects of wealth planning. He has nearly 15 years of experience with retirement planning. Oleszkowicz graduated from Western Michigan University and received his MBA from University of Phoenix.
Dwight A. Packard, II, JD, recently joined Graydon Head and has nearly 18 years of experience in family law, commercial and business litigation. Packard is a graduate of University of South Florida and University of Dayton School of Law.
Candice DeClark Peace, JD, CPA, is a Shareholder in the Miami Valley office of Clark Schaefer Hackett and a former agent with the Internal Revenue Service. A graduate of University of Cincinnati and Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, she is a recognized expert regarding taxation planning and compliance, estate planning and litigation in business valuation, lost wages and profits.
William B. Strubbe, JD, is in private practice and has over 35 years of experience. He is a graduate of University of Oregon and University of Cincinnati Law School. Stubbe has been a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association Ethics committee, served as chair of Ohio State Bar Association Committees on Insurance Law and Negligence Law and was one of three attorneys who assisted in rewriting the instructions which are read to jurors in every personal injury trial.
Neil J. Weill, JD, is in private practice as expert in Bankruptcy Law and is a retired Assistant United States Trustee. He is a graduate university of Cincinnati School of Law. Weill has over 36 years of experience and is a frequent speaker for the Cincinnati Bar Association and other Bankruptcy seminars.
