Our Team

Members of the Atrium Medical Center Pastoral Care team are specially-trained to meet the diverse needs of our patients, families, and staff. 

Pastoral Care Team

Board-certified chaplains - Staff chaplains and manager are seminary graduates who have completed clinical pastoral education residencies; have been recognized by their respective credentialing organizations as professionals in the provision of spiritual care in the medical setting; and continue their education to maintain their credentials.

Support chaplains - Ordained/licensed ministers who have completed all or a portion of clinical pastoral education in addition to their congregational experience.

HEAL Program

HEAL program coordinator – Coordinates the HEAL program at Atrium Medical Center.

Nurses - Registered nurses specially-trained in bereavement support, as well as program coordination by a certified loss care specialist, help families deal with the many issues that accompany the loss of a child.
