David Seymour, MD, Medical Director
David Seymour, MD, is the medical director of the Atrium Rehabilitation Center. He is responsible for guiding the overall approach to rehabilitation for the center and overseeing the other physiatrists on staff.
As a physiatrist who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Seymour evaluates patients and leads teams of other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Dr. Seymour received his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and his Medical degree from the Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Kettering Medical Center and his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University and the Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia.
David K. Magnusen, MD
David K. Magnusen, MD, is one of the board-certified physiatrists on staff at Atrium. As a physiatrist, Dr. Magnusen evaluates patients and leads therapy teams.
Dr. Magnusen earned his Bachelor’s and Medical degrees from Indiana University. He completed his internship at Mount Carmel Medical Center of Columbus and his residency at the Ohio State University Hospitals in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Ingrid Waggoner, Director
Ingrid Waggoner, Director of Rehabilitation Services, is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including staffing the department, training the personnel, developing and managing the budget, quality indicators, and establishing goals for the Center. She has extensive experience and a passion for rehabilitation, which help her stay current with the rapid changes in the rehabilitation field.
Ms. Waggoner received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University. She is a Registered Nurse and has been a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse since 2000.
