Atrium Medical Center provides the following services to patients, their family, and friends.
ATM Machine
An automatic teller machine (ATM) is located just outside the main lobby of Atrium. Withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries can be made at this machine.
Atrium Café
Atrium Café is a full-service restaurant featuring a deli, pizza station, hot entrees, a specialty food bar, and assorted grab-and-go items. Located off the main hospital lobby, Atrium Café offers a comfortable dining room and is open Monday - Sunday during the following times:
- Breakfast – 7:00 am to 10:00 am
- Lunch – 11:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Dinner – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- Midnights – 12:00 am to 2:00 am
Coffee Shop
Kobricks Coffee Shop serves Kobricks brand specialty coffees and coffee-based drinks, as well as pastries, muffins, salads, soups, and grab-and-go sandwiches. Located off the main hospital lobby, Kobricks is open from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Vending
Vending machines are available 24 hours a day for snacks, sandwiches, and beverages off the main dining room of The Atrium Café near the main hospital lobby. Additional vending machines for snacks and cold drinks can be found on each level of the hospital. Any staff member will be happy to provide directions.
WiFi
All Atrium patient rooms offer wireless Internet access (WiFi) from your laptop or other electronic device. WiFi access is also available in the hospital waiting areas for visitors’ use. Wireless devices may be used by patients and visitors in all areas at Atrium in conjunction with Atrium wireless device policy.
Hilltop Gift Shop
The Hilltop Gift Shop, located on the first floor to the left of the main entrance, offers a convenient way to express congratulations for a new baby, send get well wishes to a friend or family member, or give a special thank you to a hospital employee at Atrium. The gift shop stocks a variety of items, including:
- Fresh and silk flowers
- Willow Tree
- Boyd’s Bears
- Ohio State items
- Yankee Candles
- Stuffed animals
- Baby items
- Gift sets
- Seasonal decorations
- Greeting cards
- Books and magazines
- Personal care items
- Jewelry
- Candy and snacks

Monday through Saturday: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Closed on major holidays.
The Hilltop Gift Shop accepts cash, MasterCard, and Visa. To make a purchase by phone, please call the main hospital number at (513) 424-2111 and ask to be transferred to the gift shop.
Personal Delivery
For those who want to send get-well wishes from miles away or surprise a patient or staff member at the hospital, Hilltop Gift Shop offers a personal delivery service. Your purchase will be hand delivered with a smile by one of our many volunteers.
Supporting the Hospital
