Charges for hospital services may vary significantly depending on what tests or other procedures your physician orders, previous test results, medical history, and other items or services unique to your specific health care needs. The estimated charges listed are only an approximation. They are not intended to be a definite or legally binding quote of charges. Your actual charges could be more or less than these estimates based on the specific factors of your case.

The estimates do not include physician fees billed by your surgeon, anesthesiologist, emergency specialist, pathologist, radiologist, or other physicians who may help with your care. It is important to remember these are for hospital charges only.
