Health Career Scholarship Program
Atrium Auxiliary Middletown is pleased to announce its 39th Annual Health Career Scholarship Program. Scholarships are available for the following students enrolled in college or university for the 2010-2011 school year:
- Atrium Health System employees or medical staff and their immediate families
- Atrium Health System adult and junior volunteers
- Students of Greentree Health Science Academy
- Previous scholarship winners
Students may attend the college or university of their choice. Payment of awards only covers tuition, books, fees and will be made to the college or university.
The deadline for all applications is 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2010. If you have any questions, please call the Volunteer Office at (513) 420-5201 or one of this year’s Scholarship Chairs, Marilyn Heiger at (513) 423-3424 or Dee Markle at (513) 424-2171.
Benefits
If you are an Atrium employee, you may access the Employee Self-Service (ESS) system from this page.
The ESS system will allow you to:
- Elect your benefits as a new or newly benefit-eligible employee within 30 days of your hire date or within 30 days of the event
- Change your life insurance beneficiaries at any time during the year
- View Summary Plan Descriptions to learn what services are covered
- Review your 2008 benefit summary
- Print health care spending account claim forms
- Print dependent care spending account claim forms
- Print direct deposit enrollment/authorization forms

Existing Atrium Employees
Existing Atrium employees with a qualifying event have the opportunity to modify existing benefit elections within 30 days of the event.

Login to HealthStream (HLC) to complete required Atrium testing. To sign on, please type your employee number for both the user ID and the password.
