Atrium Medical Center Hosts “Tame the Pain” Free Chronic Pain Seminar
Middletown, Ohio, Thursday, April 22, 2010 – It’s estimated that 15 to 33 percent of the U.S. population, or as many as 70 million people, are affected by chronic pain. It disables more people than cancer or heart disease and costs Americans more than both combined.
On Thursday, May 6, from 6 to 8 p.m., Atrium Medical Center will host a free chronic pain seminar in the Auditorium on the fifth floor of the Professional Building. Check-in will be at 5:30 p.m., and refreshments will be served. Registration is required and can be completed online or by calling toll free (866) 690-2003.
There will be several speakers at the seminar, including orthopedic spine surgeons Stephen Pledger, MD, and Jennifer Smail, MD.
If you’ve been suffering with chronic pain for more than six months, attend this important seminar to learn about proven chronic pain treatments, new pain management paths and restoring daily living. On the Atrium Medical Center campus, park in lot C or D. Enter through Professional Building 1 and take the elevators to the fifth floor. Follow signs to the Auditorium.
