Atrium Medical Center Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in Lebanon Hosts Monday Night Feet-Ball
Middletown, Ohio, September 28, 2010—In celebration of National Physical Therapy Month, Atrium Medical Center Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in Lebanon will provide footwear assessments at the fourth-annual Monday Night Feet-Ball. This free event will take place Monday, October 11, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the lower level of the Ralph J. Stolle Countryside YMCA, 1967 Deerfield Road in Lebanon.
“Whether you run, walk or casually exercise, using proper footwear and maintaining flexibility can help you stay in the game and off the injured reserve list,” says Chris Glanz, physical therapist at Atrium Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in Lebanon. The footwear assessments will include analysis of your walking and running gait, examination of your foot alignment, evaluation of your foot and ankle flexibility, instruction and demonstration of stretches, and walking and running shoe recommendations.
Door prizes will be awarded while supplies last. Space is limited – assessments will be available to the first 35 attendees. For more information on this popular event, call Julie Hensley, PTA, at (513) 934-3850.
