Free Heart Month Screenings
Take charge of your health! Together with Premier Community Health, Atrium will provide Heart Month screenings throughout February. Screenings include total cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), blood sugar and blood pressure. Fasting is not necessary and no appointment is needed.

Health Fair
Are you as healthy as you can be? Find out with free heart month screenings at the annual Health Fair hosted by Atrium Medical Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in Lebanon.
Screenings will include blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, bone density, lung function, body mass index and carbon monoxide testing. A1C testing will be available to assess your risk of diabetes complications. Colorectal screening kits will be offered, as well as screenings from licensed physical therapists.
Free consultations will be available with physicians, registered nurses, physical therapists and other medical professionals, plus personal trainers and fitness/wellness experts from the Countryside YMCA. Information on SLIP, Senior Lifestyles and Injury Prevention, will also be available from Atrium Medical Center's Trauma Outreach Coordinator.
Door prizes and free gift will be given while supplies last!
