HEAL Remembrance and Interment Service for Early Pregnancy Loss
For families who have lost an infant, a place of grieving can be an important aspect of the healing process. This service is held in memory of those babies who were born too tiny and gone too soon.
A brief program will be held at the memorial site. All materials will be provided and refreshments will be served at the conclusion of this special tribute.

HEAL Family Festival
Bereaved families whose children die seldom allow themselves the opportunity for a little joy and pleasure in life. This family outing is meant just do to that. In a carnival atmosphere for all ages, there will be games, activities, entertainment and food, including large inflatables, ring toss, corn hole tournaments, a duck pond, temporary tattoos and prizes.

Walk to Remember
Anyone who has been touched by the death of a child, regardless of age or circumstance, is invited to attend this event. The event will start at the HEAL Memory Garden on Atrium Medical Center’s Campus.
The garden, located along the walking trail on the east side of the hospital, is a quiet place where families can go to remember and celebrate the lives of children who have left us far too soon. It features the Angel of Hope monument, a nationally recognized symbol of hope and healing.

HEAL Memory Tree Lighting
The holiday season is often a time to remember and reflect on life. For parents who have lost a child, the holidays can be a time of painful memories of brief but cherished moments. This event is offered to help families through these troubling times.
