Putting Patients First

The world of health care is complex, exciting and rapidly changing. In my 30 years with the hospital, I’ve seen many changes in technology, buildings and services. What hasn’t changed is the dedication of our expert physicians and caring staff. That, along with my love of and respect for the culture and our quest to always better ourselves, is what’s kept me here for all these years.

Having committed three decades of my life to the patients and families we serve, I’ve seen first-hand, every day, how teamwork heals. As soon as you walk into the hospital, every Atrium employee, physician and volunteer plays a part in your care. As you’ll read in this issue of Join Us, the road to recovery can include many steps, and Atrium’s team is here for you every step of the way.

I’m truly humbled, honored and proud to take on my new role as Atrium moves into its next era of service. You can count on me to lead by example as we continue to put our patients first in everything we do.
