Amy Anders, MS, ATC, CSCS
Amy is an Athletic Trainer for Bishop Fenwick High School
, and also is Atrium Sports Medicine’s Referral Coordinator. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University in 1994 and graduated from Southern Mississippi University with a Master of Science degree in 1997. Amy joined Atrium in 1997. She is a member of National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association, Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association and National Strength and Conditioning Association. Betsy Bonifas, ATC
Betsy is an Athletic Trainer for Lakota East High School
. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Cincinnati in 2001. Prior to joining Atrium in 2003, Betsy worked with Finneytown High School. Blair Burke, CSCS
Blair is Atrium’s Sports Essentials Training (SET) Conditioning Specialist, and also works at Atrium Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in Lebanon at the Countryside YMCA. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005. Prior to joining Atrium in 2006, Blair worked with Global Fitness Holding/Gold’s Gym Personal Trainer. Ed Carlisle, ATC, CSCS
Ed is Atrium’s Athletic Training Coordinator and Athletic Trainer for Miami University Middletown
. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in 1993. Ed worked at McKay-Dee Hospital and Upper Valley Medical Center before coming to Atrium in 1999. He is a member of National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association, Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association and National Strength and Conditioning Association. Lonnie Derum-Mikulich, ATC
Lonnie is an Athletic Trainer for Madison High School
, and also runs the Pupil Activity Supervisor Permit (PASP) program for high school coaches. She graduated from Wilmington College with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004. Before joining Atrium in 2005, Lonnie worked with Mercy Hospital. Christina Hare, MS, ATC
Christina is an Athletic Trainer for Mason High School
. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Cincinnati in 2005 and a Master of Science degree from Ohio University in 2007. Christina joined Atrium in 2007. Joyce Koehl, MS, ATC
Joyce is an Athletic Trainer for Carlisle High School
, and also is Coordinator of Atrium’s Sports Medicine Symposium. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Capital University in 1994 and earned a Master of Science degree from Ohio University in 1995. Tiffany Maple, MPH, ATC
Tiffany is an Athletic Trainer for Lakota West High School
, and also is responsible for scheduling Atrium Athletic Trainer coverage for the Lakota school district. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Cincinnati in 2004 and a Master of Public Health degree from Wright State University in 2006. Julie is an Athletic Trainer for Middletown Christian
, and she also works as Coordinator of Atrium Sports Medicine’s Injury Evaluation Services. Julie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College in 1996 and a Master of Science degree from Arizona School of Health Science in 1999. Sara is an Athletic Trainer for Lakota West Freshman School and Ridge Junior High School

Kevin Stokes, MS, ATC
Kevin is the Athletic Trainer for Middletown High School
. He graduated from University of Louisville in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 2003 he earned his Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas. Before coming to Atrium in 2007, Kevin worked at University of Cincinnati, University of Mississippi and Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Lauren Westfall, ATC, CSCS
Lauren is an Athletic Trainer for Lakota East Freshman Campus
and Liberty Junior School
. She also helps with Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy’s Sports Essentials Training (SET) program. Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University in 2007. She started working in the SET program in 2007, and then began working at Miami University of Middletown in 2009. Michael is an Athletic Trainer for Monroe High School
, and also works in aquatic rehab at Atrium Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy in Middletown. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ashland University in 2001, and also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Cincinnati in 2007. Prior to joining Atrium in 2009, Michael worked at University of Cincinnati and interned with the Dayton Dragons.
