Being a Level III Emergency and Trauma Center (ETC), Atrium Medical Center (Atrium) is dependent on an excellent Emergency Medical Services (EMS) team to provide the level of care expected and needed.
Michael Jett, RN, EMT-P
Mike Jett is the Atrium EMS Coordinator. A 1995 graduate of Miami University
, Mike has his Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing and has 15+ years experience as a firefighter/paramedic. He came to Atrium in 1999 starting in the intensive care unit (ICU) before transitioning to the Emergency Room (ER) as a staff nurse in 2000. Mike became the EMS Coordinator for Atrium in the fall of 2002. He serves as teaching faculty for advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), and trauma nurse core course (TNCC).
