Atrium’s HEAL Program Offers Solace with Memory Tree Lighting

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (November 21, 2016) – The holiday season is often a time to remember and reflect on life. For parents who have lost a child, the holidays can be a time of painful memories of brief but cherished moments. To help families through these troubling times, Atrium Medical Center’s Help Endure a Loss (HEAL) Program invites families to its 18th annual “Memory Tree Lighting,” a seasonal remembrance for those who have experienced the death of a child.

The memory tree lighting will take place on Thursday, December 1, at Crosspointe Church of Christ at 5630 Ohio 122 in Middletown. Registration will begin at 6:30 pm. The evening will include a brief service, as well as a number of opportunities to recognize and remember. Personalized ornaments and other materials for the event will be provided, and a light dinner will be served at the conclusion of the program.

For more information or to register for this special evening, please contact the HEAL Program office at (513) 974-4056 or by email to HEAL@premierhealth.com with the name of the child being remembered and the number of people in your party. Reservations must be received by November 21 in order to have the child’s name included in the printed program and to create a personalized ornament.
